Allison is a visionary when it comes to intuition and its role in the future of education, business, and medicine. She believes that intuition is a powerful tool that we are all born with, and that it can help us navigate many different areas of life. From marketing to receiving marketing messages, intuition can give us a deeper understanding of the world around us and help us connect with others in a more authentic way.

Allison stresses the importance of marketing from a place of authenticity, rather than from a place of fear or scarcity. She explains that when marketing from a place of fear or scarcity, potential customers are more likely to feel resistance and the material being marketed is less likely to be integrated into their lives.

Allison also delves into how intuition is the key to success in the future, as it is the only thing that can be accurate in real time. In a world that is constantly changing and shifting, intuitive guidance is the only way to navigate through the uncertainty. She also talks about how standardized personal development is usually linear based and how this can be restrictive, and how a blueprint is not always helpful because people interact with information differently.

Hello! And welcome to Strategy & Soul, this is THE podcast for ambitious female entrepreneurs that want to talk more about blending spirituality with strategy for business growth.

Emily Anne Brant is an author, speaker, and mentor, she is passionate about helping people decolonize their business and spirituality. Working at the intersection of personal development and decolonization, Emily works both directly with women of the global majority (“BIPOC”) as an empowerment coach, and is also a consultant for ally coaches who want to decolonize their business. At the heart of it all is fostering communities where everyone feels seen, safe, and truly supported so that we can all rise together!

In our conversation, Emily shared her powerful experiences speaking about decolonization in coaching at sold-out online events, and the ripple effect it has had on those in attendance. Her goal is to raise awareness around the definitions of decolonization and the importance of using correct terminology.

Emily is also a firm believer in the power of manifestation, and is dedicated to helping people of the global majority manifest success and abundance in their lives. She is not only a thought leader in her field but also an inspiration to many.

Emily also talks about her experiences of resistance when educating white women on topics related to race and privilege. She acknowledges her own privilege as a white-passing woman and talks about how she uses her influence to connect with white women and introduce them to this work. Her goal is to do this from a place of compassion and grace, understanding that she can never fully understand what it is like to live in a black or brown body.
