This episode we are joined by Senator Doug Mastriano and his wife, Rebbie. I am very grateful that him and Rebbie found the time to sit down and have a discussion with us during this critical time in Pennsylvania.
Living a life of service with a 30 year career as a United States Army Colonel, ending his career as a faculty instructor in the Department Of Strategy at the US Army War College. Doug was then elected by the people to represent the 33rd District in the Pennsylvania Senate with 70% of the vote.
After seeing what has transpired over the last 2.5 years, Doug and Rebbie are in the thick of campaign season and running for Governor of Pennsylvania against opponent Josh Shapiro.
Senator Mastriano has a really good shot at winning the Governorship and it would be nice for the citizens of Lackawanna County to hear from him and Rebbie.
We hope this conversation does that.
Thank you for listening

Carrie was born and raised in Scranton before moving to Allegheny County to attend the University of Pittsburgh. During her time in that leadership position, she worked to improve efficiency and transparency – goals that she also has for her time as a state representative.
Her other priorities include strong public education, affordable health insurance, low taxes and manageable regulations to keep costs in check. She’ll stand behind pro-growth and pro-jobs initiatives to build a robust economy.
For the 2021-22 legislative session, Carrie was appointed to serve on the House Aging and Older Adult Services, Gaming Oversight, Human Services and Urban Affairs committees.

This weeks guest is United States Senate Candidate, Kathy Barnette.
Kathy served her country proudly for 10 years in the Armed Forces Reserves where she was accepted into Officer Candidacy School. She worked with two major financial firms in corporate America and sat on the board of a pregnancy crisis center for five years. She also authored the book Nothing to Lose, Everything to Gain: Being Black and Conservative in America. Her book explains why liberal policies have failed the Black community time and time again — and will fail the larger American community as Democrats rush to the hard Left of the party. But her most cherished opportunity, to date, is being a wife and mom to her two children.
Stay tuned til the end for something a little bit different than most episodes.
