In this episode we focus on a new partnership program for realtors/real estate professionals and The Coffee Oasis, called Homes for Hope. Jesse Savage, a local realtor, joins Cody for an interview about how they started the program and how other professionals can get involved to change the world for homeless youth. 

We also have Daniel Frederick, the Executive Director of The Coffee Oasis, giving an Executive Director update on new covid restrictions, Family Christmas Project, and new cafe specials.

In this episode we focus on the Kitsap Hope Gala, the biggest fundraiser of the year for The Coffee Oasis. This fundraiser helps us raise money for the only underage shelter in Kitsap County. That being said, I also sit down with Shawn Gilfedder, president and CEO of Kitsap Credit Union. We talk about KCU sponsoring The Kitsap Hope Gala, KCU Cares, and the work they do to care for their community.

This is a 3 part series where we will be discussing the life of one of the youth that we served, Zach. With Septemeber being "National Suicide Prevention Awareness" month, we believe telling Zach's story is important because he tragically took his own life.

In the second part of this series, Paul Morris joins again as we talk to a couple of people that Zach knew really well, Maxine and Tim. We discuss the different memories they had of Zach, his personality and the effect his death had on them.
