In this episode I am rehashing a little bit of what I said and episode three and hopefully adding a few more tidbits to help you understand how important it is to track the ball. Practice practice practice! Perfect practice makes perfect!

We did a little bit more extensive work on tracking concepts. Then went on to talking about tips using foot work how to keep the foot work going staying on the balls of the feet and recovery after hitting the ball.

I get right into this one because I think tracking the ball is very very important in our use our ability to use our eyes related to time and distance and taking a moment in time to make sure that there is a tremendous amount of clarity in order for you to hit the ball with accuracy power and finesse.

This episode will give you a little bit more background about me and my expertise. It will also explain a little bit more about how I would like to do my episodes. And this will add to tips one on keeping my hands up and out in front and bending the knees
