On October 5th, a crowd of people staged a "street takeover" in Randolph MA, and 17 people were charged. Footage from a police dash camera show the vehicle being swarmed and fireworks being fired off. Dan suggests a $10,000 bail, and require parents to show up. Most of those involved weren't from Randolph, and so have no ties to the community. What do you think should happen to people who block streets, and effectively block emergency vehicles?
