(7 Oct. 2022) Sam Bruinstroop was the merch manager the year that one of Europe's most innovative DIY festivals, Left of the Dial, premiered in Rotterdam in 2018. He soon realized it was completely different from any other concert event he had ever experienced. Now one of the main festival organizers, in this episode of Streets of Fire on Broadcast Amsterdam (BRAM), Sam talks about what it's like working with over 100 independent artists over the course of the three-day event.

(16 Sept. 2022) In this episode of Streets of Fire, host Jesse Lent unveils his new review series for the program called Shows I Saw in which he offers first-hand accounts of the concerts he personally has attended recently in the Netherlands. This week he highlights performances in the past week from Soccer Mommy and Magnetic Fields. 

He also shouts out a variety of upcoming shows from Mudhoney to Kendrick Lamar.

(9 Sept. 2022) In an all-music edition of Streets of Fire, host Jesse Lent looks at some of the more legendary acts performing across Holland in the coming weeks.

(2 September, 2022) Jesse's first guest on Streets of Fire is Amsterdam's own Ciao Lucifer. In a wide-ranging interview ahead of their Sept. 15 show at Paradiso, bandmates Marnix Dorrestein and Willem Wits discuss why men need to do better, their earliest musical influences and why they abandoned their first 10 years of songs (except for one).

Jesse also plays a rock block of other bands performing at Paradiso this month.
