Episode 7 with Garrett Huffman. In this episode, Garrett and I reminisce on our old powerlifting days, as well as talk through how his training and focus has changed through life. We talk powerlifting, crossfit, NASCAR, weightlifting, coaching, and bomb outs. You can follow in on IG @the_og_huffman
In Episode 6, we talk with one of the strength athletes that I personally look up to and the lightest man to squat 1,000lbs, Dr. Derek Wilcox. Derek was a long time competitive powerlifter, has also qualified for the American Open in weightlifting, competed in strongman, and made it to the A class in the Highland Games. One of the best all-around strength athletes you will find. Make sure to find him on social media @wilcoxstrengthinc.
In this episode, we talk with Preston Turner, a world champion powerlifter that now has his sights set on an Olympic dream in the sport of weightlifting. This guy is a wealth of knowledge and freaky strong. Make sure you follow him @pressinturner
