When I walk I love to listen to Podcast, uploading the audio people can listen to me as they walk, clean or anything else. The quality isn't the best as recorded using my iPhone but as of Monday 29/06/2020 things will get drastically better.

So as we cannot get to the gym and we’re stuck at home with food stored in the fridge readily available it makes me wonder who else is feeling a little “fluffy”! I don’t promote using fat burners, miracle powders or drugs however creatine monohydrate is the most researched supplement you can use. It amazes me how few people use it!! My video today explains research which has been backed by science.
