Recorded over the past few months and uploaded to Instagram, these current uploads are audio taken from these videos at the request of my follows. 

When I walk I love to listen to Podcast, uploading the audio people can listen to me as they walk, clean or anything else.  The quality isn't the best as recorded using my iPhone but as of Monday 29/06/2020 things will get drastically better.
