This week, with the prospect of the UK moving out of lockdown in the near future, we're moving the focus away from "Surviving and Thriving in Lockdown 3.0" and opening up discussions around stress and our emotions.
The first topic is Emotional Eating - something that we believe is close to many people's hearts as boredom, stress and sleep deprivation have triggered us to overeat as a means of "soothing" ourselves. The great news is that we can retrain our brains to eat mindfully and be alert to the triggers that make us eat due to emotion rather than true hunger.
