Stress is good, if the pressure on the inside of your life is greater than the pressure on the outside of your life. Stress can actually hold us together, if we detox our minds about stress. If you are stressed you are experiencing:
* Irritability
* Fatigue 
* Lack of motivation
* Anxiety
* Headaches
* Feeling sad 
* Indigestion

Stress can feel bad, but it can be good.

It’s all how you deal with stress. 

You are designed by God for stress. Stress holds you together. 

Dr. Caroline Leaf in her book “Switch on Your Brain” says, “Stress on the outside is good, but if we do not have an equal and opposite stamina from the inside, stress can become not good.”

Internal stress is not good. 
But we have this treasure in jars of clay… 2 Corinthians 4:7 You are a clay pot. If you let the stress get inside you can crack.

External Stress is good. 
So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:17

Detox your mind from stress with these three liberators.

I am not God: 
But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. 2 Corinthians 4:7 Relax into your humanity. 

God is inside of me 
We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed…2 Corinthians 4:8 

I am going home.
For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison… 2 Corinthians 4:17 

You are not God. God is inside of you. You are going home. When you begin thinking that way, stress can become good.

The Five Steps of the 21 Day Mind Detox are:

1. GATHER YOUR TOXIC THOUGHTS
Say about yourself: “I’m an intellectual. I’ve been designed by God to capture thoughts.” See 2 Corinthians 10:5

2. REFLECT ON HEALING THOUGHTS
Say “I think with God. I ask him, ‘What needs my focus?’” See Habakkuk 2:1

3. WRITE HEALING THOUGHTS DOWN TO MAKE THEM PART OF YOU
Say “I do busy well. When I plan my work and I work my plan.” See Proverbs 16:3

4. REVISIT THESE THOUGHTS FOR 21 DAYS
Say “I open one app at a time. I give my work and people the gift of focus.” See Luke 10:41-42

5. REACH FOR THE GOOD TO OVERCOME EVIL
Say “I pay attention to people. I choose to be present.” See Matthew 18:20
