Sick of your days feeling busy and stressful? The solution isn't doing less, but creating more moments where you can relax and slow down. If you give yourself the chance to recharge and reset through introducing activities into your day that are more intentional, you'll be able to reduce your stress levels and have more clarity, attention and focus in the rest of your schedule. It's important to let yourself feel the stress, acknowledge it and then work on it rather than pushing it aside. Activities that help you be more present combat stress directly, especially when it is worry about the past or future.
