On this amazing episode of One Mindful Min podcast, I interviewed Sith Chaisurote, who had been practicing Dhammakaya meditation for over 20 years. Sith first learned this technique while ordained as a Buddhist novice in college. He found it improved his life and wanted to share it with others, even helping build a meditation center to make it accessible. At the time of our interview, Sith was meditating 2 hours daily, with 1.5 hours in the morning and the rest throughout the day. He credited meditation for providing clarity and calm during stressful work situations. The Dhammakaya method involved focusing awareness at the center of the body to still thoughts. Sith stuck with this technique because it worked for him. He had tried others, like Vipassana, but believed finding what resonated individually was key.
