We can all use a little help when it comes to stress management. On today’s episode, we invite Katelin DeGroot, a licensed psychotherapist and mother of two, to offer us some tips and tricks on how to best manage and cope with stress. Katelin has worked primarily in the realm of general mental health and substance abuse. More recently she worked in private practice outpatient, and was previously a therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health. Katelin has experience in both hospitalization and opiate recovery settings.
