We have all felt stressed at one time or another. Whether it was in anticipation of a test in school that was a big portion of our grade or the news that we would become parents for the first time and would be entrusted with a beautiful, young life. Relationships, money, moving, marriage, can all be sources of stress in our lives.
Though not all stress comes from negative circumstances, if not addressed, it can have negative effects on our bodies.
