We use the terms interchangeably, but there is a difference between the two! In this episode, I'll talk to you about a few different things you can do to address both stress and anxiety, and as an added bonus, you'll get to hear the silly things my brain tells me, because I am NOT IMMUNE to anxiety at all! In fact, I'd say I'm a bit of a stress-head, prone to anxiety, and have a huge fear of judgement.
