Or, if you can even call it happiness, you need the opposite end. You need the ups and downs of life to be able to feel both the ups and the downs.

Something that is going to bother you or challenge you or make you upset, and you’re going to have energy that goes in that direction. If you can expand your challenge or the things that you're learning, or the things that you want to, be curious about, or investigate, that expands the difficulties struggles to that level. And the smaller things tend to disappear.

[00:15:13] Sean: Sometimes procrastination is good, right? When something feels too monumental emotionally, the task at hand is to get over it. You have to break it down into smaller chunks and if you've chunked it, and you still find yourself procrastinating, then that just means you haven't broken it down small enough to take action.
