There’s a kind of guidance that doesn’t shout.
It doesn’t force.
It doesn’t rush.
It simply nudges.
And if you’ve ever felt it, you know what I mean.
That quiet sense to pause.
To move.
To say yes.
Or to walk away.
In this episode of Stretch Street, we explore what it means to stretch through obedience, to trust God enough to follow His leading, even when it doesn’t fully make sense.
I’m joined by Nakeisha Geddes, who shares a powerful, real-life experience of obeying a divine prompting, one that ultimately saved her from significant stress and financial strain.
It’s a reminder that sometimes, what feels small in the moment is actually deeply significant.
What if building your dream didn’t require rushing, forcing, or burning yourself out?

"If I were starting over, I would begin with a community."
That’s what my guest, John Vlach—better known as John The Video Guy—had to say when asked what he’d do differently if he had to start from scratch.
In this episode, John takes us through his journey of leaving the 9-to-5 world to build his own business. He opens up about his biggest struggles, how he overcame them, and the invaluable lessons he learned along the way.
Whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur or already on your journey, this episode is packed with insights you won’t want to miss.

In this inspiring episode, I chatted with Tonya Cross, the visionary accessory designer behind Accented Glory, a handcrafted fashion brand known for its stunning cowrie shell designs with an Afrocentric boho-chic flair.
Her work has been featured in Essence, Refinery29, and Good Housekeeping, solidifying her place in the world of fashion accessories.
But Tonya’s journey wasn’t always in the creative space. In her 50s, she made the courageous decision to leave a stable, well-paying job to pursue entrepreneurship—all sparked by a personal need to find the perfect hair accessory.
If you’re a woman over 40 who’s second-guessing your dreams, this episode is for you. Tonya’s story is proof that it’s never too late to take the leap, redefine your path, and build something extraordinary.
Tune in, be inspired, and share with a friend who needs this message.

Marc-John is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of Native Wisdom Hub.
This ethical for-profit organisation seeks to help steward the world's fast-
emerging psychedelic renaissance and industry in ways rooted in ethics,
responsibility, and integrity.
This wasn't always Marc-John's position, however. Whilst a student of Indigenous wisdom traditions since his late teens, he qualified as a language interpreter and translator aged 22, and from age 24 onwards, he opened six companies, launching two of them fully before crashing and burning in 2018-2019. This burnout led him back to his deepest calling: indigenous wisdom traditions.
Today, as co-founder and co-director of Native Wisdom Hub, Marc-John gets to exercise all of his greatest passions, combining said traditions with his love for high performance, community-building, and deep healing in a business environment that offers coaching, teaching, mentoring, ceremonial healing, and retreats, striving to help people reach the very the best version of themselves at every juncture.
He also has a private practice called Integral Performance Coaching: Holistic Life Coaching for High Performing Athletes, Politicians, Entrepreneurs, and Change-makers.
In ths episode, we delve into the remarkable transformational journey of our guest. We uncover the life-changing lessons that shaped his path and explore how you, too, can harness these insights to elevate your own journey.

Mastering your emotions is the gateway to the transformation you seek. Fear, one of the most powerful and paralyzing emotions, often stands as the biggest obstacle between you and your goals. Until you take control of your emotions, confront your fears head-on, and rise above them, you risk staying stuck in a state of inaction. True growth begins when you refuse to let fear dictate your path and choose courage instead.
