Today's episode is very a touchy one, I struggled to keep my eyes dry as my guest Lubna shared her ordeal as a domestic violence victim.

In today's episode, I had the sheer delight of hosting a three-times world record breaker at the age of six. Kiara is such a delight to speak with and you can feel that from this episode.

I loved her final words to young kids like herself - "Follow your passion and be happy" she says. I hope you enjoy this engaging chat with  Kira.   Do remember to subscribe to our channel and please share with your friends and other kids.

Research shows that men and women are not very different in their wants and needs, but often time men are not always as obvious about it; at least not so much as the women folk. That notwithstanding, they have real needs that must be taken into cognizance.

In this episode, you will discover; the right environment that a man needs to thrive; how men communicate their displeasure and the usual responses to anticipate when their needs are not met.

Our guest takes us on an arduous journey revealing through a typical case in scenario how self discovery is an essential factor in choosing a spouse who is capable of meeting your unique needs as a man.

Even though every man is unique in his own way, certain needs are sacrosanct and non-negotiable among the men folk. These and many more salient truths our guest did share in this exciting episode.

Mr. Chinedu Ifechelobi is a Business consultant, serial entrepreneur and Public speaker. He holds a certificate on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School, husband of one wife and father of three awesome daughters.

Most SME owners or low-income earners shut their minds off real estate simply because they can't afford it on their own. What if there is a way that despite their low income earning capacity, they are able to benefit from real estate?

In this episode, Dr Laide Okubena shares four ways that SMEs or low-income earners can benefit from real estate.  These four ways include

1. Payment Plans

2. Mortgage

3. Cooperatives

4. Contributions   cancan

We started off this conversation last week and I could not wait to share the concluding part with you just as you could not wait to know what happened with Comfort's debt.

In this second part, if there is one message to take away it is to ask yourself this question. DO YOU HAVE A PLAN? Or are you just letting life dictate to you what each day would look like?

Comfort knew what she wanted and she didn't settle for less. She also didn't allow her circumstances at the time to defineInstagramher, but rather she remain laser-focused on the goal and followed through with her plan to achieve her goal.

As you watch, do well to re-evaluate your plans if you have one and if you don't, then it is time to sit down and thoughtfully and prayerfully draw one up. Because in the end, it is the grace and blessing of God that adds the icing on the cake.

If Resilience were a person it would be Babatunde Comfort, CEO of By  Comfort General Trading.

Her story is compelling and would challenge you to hold on to what you know is possible even in the face of opposition.

This is part one of two as this story needs to be told in detail so that you can be genuinely inspired because that was precisely how I felt after recording this episode with Comfort. I hope that as you watch, something is stirred within you to realign your focus, to never settle for less but give all it takes to get to your goals.

Let me know in the comments one thing that jumped at you from this story and let me know if you are looking forward to part two.

Welcome to another episode of Fun Friday with Energetic EJ and Ms Voice Over Africa.

Today We Kick off a series on this segment called

WHY DO AFRICAN PARENTS DO THIS?

In this episode, we discussed why do African parents silence the questioner in their kids?

Kids come with a natural ability to question everything, but as they grow up, they are silenced into accepting the status quo and become timid without a voice of theirs. And we wonder why parents do this to their kids.

Find out in this episode what our thoughts are and also feel free to make your contributions.
