Growing up in Oakville, Lauren Novak began her sewing career in grade 4 at the age of 10 years old, through a lady that lived down the street from her elementary school that structured who she became today. Starting with Personal Projects leading to making things for friends and other people, she decided to become her own boss and make clothes to sell to the community around her. Through daily gratitude practices, meditation and walks outside, Lauren is focused on leaving a legacy that influences the ones around her through a day to day hustle and fully being able to control her schedule for the rest of her life. With this pandemic it allowed Lauren to recenter and focus on what is needed to progress, grow and be sustainable at her own pace. Releasing the focus of this career being a job, Lauren is focused on her day to day passions and hobbies to ensure to maintain happiness and peace. A Self Made Boss learning daily how to improve and allow for her own creative path to influence the ones around her, Lauren is a dedicated creative that is focusing on whats hers and what she knows is meant for her through her own authenticity.
