Running is the world's most popular sport, and it's easy to see why. It's an accessible, low stakes, easy to start form of exercise. As a cross country athlete I've spent years running and improving, but I still don't know why I run. It's hard, it's painful, and it's often not rewarding. The goal of this podcast is to explore why we run despite all of the negatives. This episode is a short teaser of what could become a larger project, and has no guest.
