There are very few games in the past decade I would put on par with the golden age 90s/early 2000s icons. Ys VIII, Dragon Quest XI, Persona 5, and this. From a long line of critically acclaimed brawler games from an underrated franchise that is finally getting its due, Like A Dragon takes Yakuza in an amazing new direction. It amps up Yakuza's half crime thriller/half insane weird sandbox style, with an all new JRPG system fashioned with love from Dragon Quest's roots, and an all-new stellar English dub.

If you haven't played any Yakuza game, you are missing out. 0, the Kiwami remasters, and this are absolute stellar games you should play. Yakuza/Like A Dragon is a series that is on fire right now. This is another reason why.
