What is it running as a young woman and an independent candidate? We had to get the Fyah Mummah herself, Njambi Koikai, in the studio with our Stripped Down Podcast host, Joseph Styles, to discuss this, health, and so much more. Not trying to brag but it is a must-listen.
What are we Jamming to this week? After listening to this episode, we immediately had to put on "Power" by Muthoni Drummer Queen. We have another repeat offender on the playlist, but as we think about leadership, youth and the upcoming elections, let's remember the power that our vote and voices have.
