Lewis is an ex-management consultant who made the jump into the tech world, specifically food-technology where he now heads up the Sales Strategy & Operations function for DoorDash Canada, the on-demand food delivery platform started out of San Francisco in 2013. Lewis shares great insights about how to move fast and break things in the tech space, and what he’s done to overcome his resistance to this necessity. Lewis also dives deep into the goal setting process that he uses to improve his productivity and accomplish more. We talk about the bias for action and how crucial this is to overcome if you want to achieve great things in your business, life, or relationships.
