Dante Boellhower is a talented and competent individual, which is why Striv snatched him up before the rest of the world could. Dante is our newest Assistant Creative Director, and right hand editor to our Creative Director Ben Mohorn. He is a gifted videographer, photographer, and podcaster as well as being good at all general content creation.  In today's episode, Dante shares how he ignites his creative genius, and exactly how he got into this content creation world in the first place.

Since then, Sydney has pursued her passion for storytelling in the form of advocating for the homeless. Fresh out of college, Sydney has started a nonprofit called "Can You Spare A Story?" Sydney's passion for others shines as we talk about how she got started and, of course, she shares some stories along the way. 

Today's episode features Dakota Rader, a small town Nebraska boy turned L.A. start up connoisseur. Dakota graduated high school and decided to pursue Young Americans, a performing arts college specializing in music. After 4 years of touring, Dakota decided that the show business life just wasn't for him, and decided to chase his passion of building relationships. Now focused on his start up company, Rise Up For You, Dakota shares his thoughts on the ups and downs of LA lifestyle, social media, and Oprah Winfrey Podcasts. 

Jedidiah Woods is one of a kind. What started out as a business degree from Grand Canyon University, quickly turned into a passion for storytelling, photo journalism, and traveling. Jed has traveled all over the world pitching his start up ideas, meeting new people, and learning valuable life lessons. In this episode, you can hear him share incredible stories about his experiences, while also learning a thing or two about life. 

Emily Oestmann has a passion for video and work ethic. Because of this, she has launched her own videography business, landed an internship with a marketing agency, and is continuing her education at Peru State College. On this episode, we talk about what it takes to be a creative, while trying to beat the comparison game. 

Ben Mohorn is one of our own. At 19 years old he is the creative director for Striv TV. Ben does it all, from photography, to videography, to editing, and social media. We talk about what inspires him to create his best work, how he manages his time, and what it takes to become a videographer. 

We sat down with Nate Thomas and Jake Janousek, two seniors from Millard West High School, to spotlight some of our top academy students. Jake and Nate are heavily involved with their journalism class as well as helping out with their Striv Crew. We talk about all things commentating, high school, and setting goals for the future. 

For this episode, we had the opportunity to share a little bit of the work we do at Striv. Sara and Alyssa talk about their conference presentation "Sharing your student's stories," that was presented at the March 2019 NETA conference. We talk about all the tips and tricks we use at Striv to create and share content on a variety of platforms.
