In this episode, we talk to Connor and Sara Lynes. At the age of 14, Connor suffered a massive stroke which came as a result of an injury received whilst playing rugby.

Since his stroke, he has recovered well, and is back in education and playing sport. He also set up his own foundation, which helps other young survivors of strokes and other brain injuries.
