The title speaks for itself tune into todays episode. I no longer associate myself with that word. We as black women need to let go of this narrative. You are allowed to ask for help, have a self care plan etc! There’s no more carrying the weight of the world! No more putting ourselves last to take care of everyone else. No more saying yes when we want to say no. You come first your well-being matters.
