Insanity is sometimes defined as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. That's what New Year's Resolutions can often feel like as well. To help prevent this outcome Kyle and Hutch tackle the concept of assessing your past. In particular, assessing how well you did in 2022. Would you consider your year a win or loss? Were there specifics that you can name that influenced you year? What was your ability to influence how your year turned out? These are the questions we ask in order to help us prepare for the quickly approaching new year.
Setting goals can be frustrating as you get farther out from the day you set your goal. But, if you want to minimize your frustration there are a few simple items you can change and watch what begins to happen. During this show we discuss looking backwards and assessing how we did in our life. Once we are willing to take an honest look our behavior and actions, we are able to determine what is fruitful and what is not.
