Every home has its fair share of conflict. When you get more than one person in a room, you have already set the stage for conflict. Adding a few more people, different ages, different genders, maybe a few hormones, and voila! You now have all the conflict you would ever want in your home.
But, most of us do not prefer conflict in our homes. Most of us enjoy a little peace and quiet. We desire our homes to be that little piece of serenity in a crazy world.
Strong Dads are major players in establishing and maintaining peace in a home. In order to do this, they must understand conflict. There are multiple components of conflict that Strong Dads must become aware of and understand how to work with them for the best outcomes.
In many aspects, a Strong Dad can think of themselves as a referee in a game. The referee didn't make the rules, but he does have the job of enforcing and making critical judgements to allow the game to be played well and as intended.
No rules + No Referee = Chaos and Conflict.
If your house is filled with conflict to the point of making it an unpleasant and healthy place to live. Much of this burden sits on the shoulders of the Strong Dad. Tune in to the rest of the show and begin practicing better ways to manage your family for the win!
