In our last episode we demonstrated the final product of a long time dream. The Kettle Bar. We had fun beating Kyle up with a great workout and getting a few laughs in the process. But, in this second part we discuss the actual process of developing the dream of the Kettle Bar.
Ideas have a starting point and to some degree, an ending point. Most ideas start and end within a short time of each other. But ideas that begin to grab a little traction can have a lifespan that goes into significantly longer periods. As we discuss the idea/dream of the Kettle Bar we unpack this lifespan. The journey is where we truly learn the good, bad and ugly of our initial idea. Often times when someone starts a business or invents a product you will hear the founder refer to it as their "baby" or "child". This gives you an idea of the stages and processes that you will be going through.
Dreaming about having a child is one thing. Actually having a child and raising them to adulthood is an entirely different endeavor.
Check out this weeks show if you are thinking about your dreams or maybe you have already opened the door to your dream. See if we share anything that hits a chord with you. Maybe you have experienced something in your dream pursuit that you would be willing to share. Please do!
