Early Life and Education
        •        Hometown: Kokomo, Indiana, later moving to Atlanta, Georgia, and then  to the Cincinnati area.
        •Education: Attended East Central High School and later graduated from Hanover College with a degree in Kinesiology and Integrated Physiology.
Journey in Sports
        •Dalton played football and wrestled throughout high school, forming lifelong friendships and bonds through athletic pursuits.
      

Coaching Career
       •After college, Dalton was offered a position as a strength assistant and linebacker’s coach at Hanover College, marking the beginning of his coaching career.
       •He faced decisions about his professional path, ultimately choosing coaching over personal training due to his passion for mentoring young athletes.

Teaching and Coaching
       •In 2015, he became a middle school PE teacher and continued coaching high school football and wrestling.
     

Faith Journey
        •        Dalton discusses his upbringing and initial exposure to faith through youth activities at Bright Christian Church, influenced by his friendship with Nick Hutchinson.
        •During college, despite early faith being significant, Dalton’s connection waned due to various distractions.


Rediscovery of Faith
        • In 2018, he rekindled his faith through serving as a youth leader alongside his wife, Katherine.
        •They engaged deeply with the youth, which reignited their commitment to faith and community.


Rededication and Ministry Training
        •  In 2022, Dalton and his wife decided to rededicate their lives to God, indicating a new chapter in their spiritual journey.
        •The couple felt called to ministry, leading to a two-year church planting residency where they focused on biblical foundations and community building.
Transition to RockSolid Families
        •Merrill shares how he sought out Dalton for a coaching role due to his characteristics aligning with what they needed at RockSolid Families.
     
Vision for the Future
       • Dalton expresses a desire to foster strong relationships and community impact through his role, advocating for a strong foundation based on faith.
       •His vision includes building a home church model, reflecting a shift towards more personal and community-oriented expressions of faith.

Final Thoughts and Logistics
