Stephanie holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and is also a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, which is one of the largest sports medicine and exercise organizations in the world. She specializes in lifestyle management, through exercise and nutrition education, for those living with chronic disease, such as heart disease, diabetes and pulmonary disease. Stephanie has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has practiced clinical exercise in healthcare settings. She has been involved in the positive lifestyle changes of many individuals who needed a second chance at life…literally, heart disease is no joke! Stephanie’s passion for chronic disease prevention drives her to educate the healthy community on how to live a long, quality life.
