In today’s episode, I’m breaking down my experience at the Mayhem Classic; the semifinal competition that earned me a spot back at the CrossFit Games. I dive into how prioritizing a strong, focused mindset played a huge role in my performance, and why the wins that had nothing to do with the leaderboard ended up meaning the most. Those moments stuck with me and ultimately helped carry me to where I wanted to be.
