Ryan and Alex return to talk the week that was in Professional Wrestling. Royal Rumble 2021 has passed and the guys will discuss if the WWE will still be eliminated from viewing after the ramifications of the night. We talk some viable matchups as some have been teased. Ryan will also talk about the deal WWE made with Peacock that will cause the WWE Network to dissolve.  New Japan has been in the news from having a classic NEVER Championship match and of course if the fans can finally breathe again after the rumors post Wrestle Kingdom. The battle of the 2 Sweets has also been a topic for the Marks since the relationship with Impact has blossomed, but the "Forbidden Door" has appeared to be kicked down as we try to find who AEW won't work with (not that it's a bad thing). Jon Moxley as well as the rest of us were put to sleep as KENTA sent shockwaves this past Dynamite as the build to 2/26 is only heating up. Oh and something about a Roku, USA fans and New Japan sent shockwaves as Alex asks what the hell is a ROKU channel.  NOAH heads Back to Budokan on 2/12 after having some of the finest, if not the Best, Puro matches of 2020. Go Shiozaki will battle Keii Mutoh in a historic match that has many people excited and also worried. The card will be previewed as Ryan hopefully contains himself.  Purchase some Merch (now 9 Designs!) at prowrestlingtees.com/wrestlecast Subscribe and Review on Apple/iHeartRadio/Spotify or wherever you Podcast by searching Strong Style Media.

The marks are back in town as they have returned to talk (Show of 2020?) Dragon Gate:The Final Gate. Ryan and Alex breakdown the event as Dragon Gate continues to excel in storytelling and in-ring work. From the faction/generation wars, Class of 2020 turning heads, new alliances striving to Masquerade into 2021 on a high note and new champions trying to hold onto their titles end the year mighty strong. You'll also find out if Ryan will leave his newly reformed squad crush for a gaggle of chess pieces and why Dragon Gate might be the Top Promotion of 2020. Ryan and Alex also discuss the career, life and the love the Wrestling World have shown since the unfortunate passing of Jon Huber aka Brodie Lee. Chat about favorite moments, matches, character and the time we saw him at Dragon Gate USA in 2010 taking on Da Soul Touchaz alongside the impression that we left with that night.  Don't forget you can purchase merch (8 different shirts) at prowrestlingtees.com/wrestlecast starting at $19.99.  Follow us on Twitter @wrestlecast_ssm Download, Subscribe and Review wherever you Pod your Cast (Apple/Spotify/iHeartRadio/Stitcher/Podbean/etc)
