  • Standing Eight Count: Episode 2
Tonight we come back at ya live at 10pm CST in our normal time slot. 1-347-857-1060 is the number to hit us up via phone. We breakdown the Billy Joe Saunders vs David Lemieux fight from last night. Is Saunders the real deal? What trouble could he cause for Golovkin or Canelo? What does Lemieux do from here also? Oh, and we had another "Left Hand problem" it seems. Big time Washington D.C. Prospect Antoine Douglas was battered by Gary O'Sullivan in the semi main event. Does Douglas move on from this and still become a player in the middleweight division in the next couple years, or does he really have some work to do? Should O'Sullivan get another crack at the WBO strap? Was Yves Uylsse Jr. win over Cletus Seldin the most one sided win of the year? Even being a "Real American" couldn't the less experienced Seldin. He's a fun fighter, but this may be the last we see of the "Hebrew Hammer" in the boxing world. We also breakdown our Top 5 Divisions in boxing in a Pound for Pound manner as well. A light show, but always a fun time, so beat the count, and start your fight of the week out with the guys this Sunday night! Make sure to subscribe, share, rate and comment as we are now on iTunes and Stitcher radio. We thank you for the support! This podcast is sponsored by Anchor

  • Standing Eight Count: Episode 1
We are live with the debut episode of Standing Eight Count!  Live at 10pm CST, 1-347-857-1060 is the number to call. We begin tonight by breaking down all the action from Saturday night.  ESPN Top Rank Boxing brings to us a fantastic fight as we get to see Vasiliy Lomachenko vs Guillermo Rigondeaux.  We discuss the bout, and what could be next for the double Olympic Gold medalists.  Saturday also gave us a banger on HBO in Orlando Salido vs Miguel Roman.  We talk if this has any effect on the ESPN fight, and how the division will stack out. Next Saturday is another great fight in waiting as Billy Jo Saunders defends his part of the Middleweight Crown against David Lemieux.  Saunders has looked suspect in his last fights, and depending on his approach, we could see a new champion in a very game Lemieux.  We look ahead also as we discuss the hope of getting a Middleweight Unification next year (Ryan's money is on September) with the Saunders/Lemieux winner vs the Golovkin/Canelo winner.  Ryan also is on the Golden Boy Promotions Media Call and will have some audio to discuss on the show. Speaking of up and coming hopeful bouts, we talk once again the heavyweight division.  Wilder wants Joshua, who seems hesitant on making the fight, while Ortiz still is calling out Wilder, making this a crazy triangle for the top of the division.  Should Ortiz even be making challenges at this point?  Is Joshua playing mind games?  This should get good. We also unvail our Pound 4 Pound lists closing out 2017, talk some random as always, and give you, the listener a chance to intereact with us on our Facebook group page, and some fun going into 2018. Please also rate, comment, share and subscribe to our trio of shows of Sportscast Radio, WrestleCast Radio, and now Standing Eight Count on iTunes and Stitcher Radio as well! • WrestleCast: Episode Fifty-Two
We are live at 6pm CST tonight talking all things Wrestling!  Catch us on mobile at 1-347-857-1060 as well. We open the show tonight discussing the news and rumors coming from the world of Pro Wrestling.  Bad news coming out of the world as Rich Swann was arrested over the weekend, and more has come out on the Michael Elgin situation that is taking a turn for the worst.  We discuss the two, and the impact it may have going forward for the two.  The injury bug has hit the world also as two top stars in their respective companies are in some pain.  One may be a work, and one may be career threatening.  We talk both.  Two characters may have their worlds changed as two stars in the WWE might be going on a weird turn for them, and we dont know if either will work.  Also,  We all were Woken on Raw, as Matt Hardy has finally unvailed the character, and also to the shock, has full support from Vince.  Will it work?  Also, would anyone have enjoyed Undertaker and Kane having a third brother?  We talk that also. We open the second fall talking the World Tag League finals as we got a shocking finish.  The show was a fun one, and we discuss how this all takes us to Wrestle Kingdom 12 in 3 weeks.   We close tonight talking all things Raw and Smackdown Live from last week, and the build up to Clash of Champions this Sunday. All this and more tonight on WrestleCast Radio!  Be sure to subscribe, rate, comment and share as we are now on iTunes and Stitcher Radio!
