On this episode of Bounce Back supporting WA Mental Health Week Yvonne Fletcher interviews Comedian Lane Stampalia who speaks about his own personal mental health journey including his lowest point where he considered suicide after experiencing a relationship breakdown. Lane reached out and self referred into a mental health facilitiy for treatment where aftre watching some stand up comedy online he reached out to American Comedian Theo Von who took the time to reply to Lane and made a difference! Lane encourages people to speak out and get help!
