For the next several weeks we will be studying the book of John. It is unique because John’s story about Jesus contains many events that are not recorded in the other three gospels. John was fascinated with the Grace of Christ, time and time again Jesus brought healing instead of the wrath that was commonly issued for failures. And John was mesmerized by the Truth that came like springs of living water out of Jesus’ teachings. These elements will be central themes in our study of the life of Christ.
Week one; we explored the opening chapter of the Gospel of John, observing the pre-eminence of Christ and John’s conviction of Jesus’ deity.
