Brian here! And we are back after another unexpected hiatus. This time out, LT and I talk through the first season finale of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, S1E10 titled A Quality of Mercy. This episode was written by Henry Alonso Myers & Akiva Goldsman and directed by Chris Fisher. Overall, we loved this episode, possibly the best of the season or certainly one of the best, and marks the end of the first season of this incredible show!
We have really sucked this year, and I'll put that on my shoulders. Unfortunately, with a new job and a lot of other things going on otherwise and the same goes for Kyle, and so has everyone else on the team. As a result, we have been unable to get episodes out in any regular or even irregular fashion, but I am hoping that the worst of that is over now and we can finally get back to releasing episodes and eventually catch up. We've got several episodes recorded on the back burner.
Now that all the Strange New Worlds episodes have been released, LT and I (and hopefully Kyle) will be releasing episodes covering Lower Decks in the coming weeks. We are sorry for the delay. Our hectic schedules have been an issue this year, especially mine, but I hope this will be the first of many episodes released over the next several weeks. We're hoping to catch up by the time Picard Season 3 comes out on February 16th with the remaining Season 2 Picard episodes coming out in the weeks prior to that date. Thankfully, we've also got episodes of Star Trek Prodigy by RebingeIt on this feed, and they are caught up! You'll be hearing those episodes a few days after each Prodigy episode has been released.
