Pam Strauss Gerth  I am an Integrative Health Practitioner, a wife, and now an empty nester to 2 amazing kids.  I love to stay very active skiing, hiking, cycling and rollerblading.  This has made me very aware of how important my health is in order to keep up with the lifestyle I desire, especially as I am not getting any younger!    After a 24-year career in the USAF and USAFR, I am finally getting back to what truly fuels me!  I struggled with chronic sinus infections, Hashimoto’s and psoriasis which led to extreme fatigue, unexplained weight gain and an embarrassing rash on my legs.  In my search for non-prescription protocols, I discovered Dr Cabral’s program and knew I was in the right place.    Thankfully, I learned how to uncover the underlying root causes of my health problems that have plagued me.  I’ve also uncovered some health issues that I didn’t even know existed like my nervous system being in a constant state of fight or flight.    For the past 20 years I’ve been involved in the health and wellness field, but becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner has given me a new lease on life as I have learned to incorporate the many different modalities to heal.
