hey gorge, do I have a crush right now... umm the answer is maybe yes. so I wanted to talk about having a crush and what its like and how it is because we have all had one. having a crush can be amazing or horrible or both at the same time. I will definitely not be telling you how to win them over because I have yet to do so buttt I will talk about the different type of people when they have crushes and the different types of crushes, also will cover why we become obsessed and reactions we have towards our crush. umm I also talked about liking straight people as a gay person and how its 10x worst and more complicated but I hope y'all remember that if your crush doesn't like you back doesn't determine your worth and that there are so many more people out there who are waiting to meet and experience you. hey babes welcome to season 2 of stuck in my mind (who knows what that means or includes but its here) I miss the podcast and am ready to give y'all the full scoop of what's going on in my mind. today we talk about the expectations others hold upon us and how frustrating it can be cause i'm just trying to live fr. I cover unrealistic, high, low expectations, when people expect more when you give them more than average and how annoying it can be. also how we ourselves shouldn't hold unrealistic expectations on others or ourselves. hieeee friends guess who is back... mikaylaaaaa *clapping sounds* we recapped a bit on what we been up to and then jumped in to todays topic. projecting is something we all do and are usually unaware of it when we do project. we go into why people project in the first place which is our egos. our egos don't allow us to take responsibility and takes everything so personally when it isn't in reality. our insecurities and emotions can send us into this delusional world where we associate our identity with those emotions and insecurities because they don't define us. we touched so many good points and share a bit about how middle school affected us greatly. thank you mikayla for bringing your amazing knowledge and energy to the podcast. thank y'all for listening and hope we got y'all thinking and took something away from the episode. <33333

hi friends... the people praying on my downfall had their moment but im back. having a pessimistic outlook on life doesn't help anyone and makes life worst, i had to take the time to remove this negative mindset and ready to enter a new chapter. I've been feeling rejected and alone and STUCK IN MY MIND but I didn't realize that "nobody wanting me" set me free. if you are going thru it just know your feelings are valid. hey friends im back from the dead. I may have gone ghost mode trying to get thru my seasonal depression era. I elaborate a bit about what was going on with me with a side of family drama. yuck. anyways I also get into the topic of constantly wanting more and how it can be our downfall. wanting is this evil cycle of unfulfillment, jealousy and more... we have to focus on what we do have instead of what we don't. the things that we want are never going to come our way if we don't value what we have and are focusing on what we don't have, making ourselves miserable. don't make yourself miserable y'all.

today is a big day y'all, we are joined are by the icon mikayla for todays episode. we dug deep into todays topic. letting go is a STRUGGLE, between bad habits, relationships that don't serve us, and even our own thoughts. its easy for us to get stuck on things holding us back but they are just apart of the journey. for us to move forward onto better things we need to let go. short term memory, living in the present moment, and realizing everything isn't that deep can free us from the things holding us back. we are in this together y'all, and thank you so much mikayla for being able to share your insight.

shit happens all the time, "good' or "bad" everything happens for a reason. currently going thru it but who isn't.
