Stuck in the Middle with Sandra and Charlie – Episode 5 – Gen X and Grief: Navigating Loss and Legacy
In this episode, Sandra and I welcome Sandra's cousin, Jeanette De La Rosa, to discuss loss, and specifically, losing a parent. We discuss the impact that it’s had on our lives, the mourning process, what we wish we knew then, and how we celebrate them and keep their legacy alive. This one is a tougher one, so if you’re emotionally triggered by stories of loss, or if you’re in the process of deep mourning, maybe save this episode for a later time.
You're probably going to hear our dogs in the background. They won't get show credit, but they'll probably get treats.
