In this episode, Sandra and I share the stories of two special dudes, the Yorkie Bros, Jack and Otis the Bear. Our two babies passed this year, Otis earlier this week, and it’s left a hole in our hearts that will take years to fully heal. Stuck in the Middle with Sandra and Charlie – Episode 5 – Gen X and Grief: Navigating Loss and Legacy

In this episode, Sandra and I welcome Sandra's cousin, Jeanette De La Rosa, to discuss loss, and specifically, losing a parent. We discuss the impact that it’s had on our lives, the mourning process, what we wish we knew then, and how we celebrate them and keep their legacy alive. This one is a tougher one, so if you’re emotionally triggered by stories of loss, or if you’re in the process of deep mourning, maybe save this episode for a later time.
