The Phantoms regular season is rapidly winding down and we catch up with Elliot Desnoyet and

assist coach Riley Armstrong.

Pennsylvania Prime FC kicks off their new season on April 1st at Cedar Crest College. Founder and President Noah Meyers and Head Coach Ben Hoffman join us to talk about the challenges of starting a new soccer team and their excitement for the coming season.

Another big week in the AHL with the Phantoms picking up some nice wins. Our guests are Phantoms defenseman Louie Belpedio and assistant coach Riley Armstrong and we'll take this one into the corners and talk about AHL roadtrips and coming up in pro hockey through a college program. And Riley and I are starting to think about golf and our favorite courses in the Lehigh Valley.

We start a new season with guests Cal O'Reilly and Riley Armstrong from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Cal recently became only the 15th player in American Hockey League history to score 700 career points in the league. We'll ask him about the big rivalry games coming up with Hershey and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and learn more about his family and career.  Riley Armstrong talks to us about the season so far and surviving the doldrums that can bring you down in the middle of a long season.
