We are back! Following a relaxing summer break, William and Teodor of Student Investor's Club are back in the studio and excited to start season 3. In this episode, we have the pleasure of interviewing a real estate investment expert who will share his insights on real estate as an alternative investment opportunity. It also turns out that you do not need millions to gain exposure to this area - tune in to find out exactly how!

Especially recently, it seems that a firm's ability to generate profit has become second priority to contribute positively. Everyone is talking about it, but what is it exactly - and more importantly, is it actually worth anything?
