“The focal point of servant leadership within the church is “to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up” (Ephesians 4:12).  We look at this verse in the context of the (faith) Bible of course, and how it translates within the secular world as well. Servant leadership at its core is what a true leader is. This is demonstrated in the leader’s willingness to give of himself to meet the needs, but not necessarily the wants, of his people. Like a good parent, the true servant leader knows the difference between the needs of his spiritual children and their selfish wants and desires.

The spirit of division is running rapidly especially within the Body of Christ. You have people that pro-vaccine and anti-vaccine causing more division that leads to hatred and both sides degrading the other. This will not be a message to champion one side or the other but a message to stop and make sure you haven't allowed the enemy to lead you into hating the very people Jesus commanded us to love. We make loving people a lot more complicated by avoiding the very people Jesus would've engaged. I think many of us like to spend more time constructing Scripture to mask our shortcomings in this area rather than simply doing what Jesus said.

It's easier said than done, but Jesus still decided to make it a command. Maybe it's because we should love just as he loved and continues to love us. Those who love like Christ in the Holy Spirit’s power will give evidence that they are disciples.

Manhood is very loose today especially considering the context of the times we live in. A Godly man is not a perfect man. We will never reach perfection until we are in the physical presence of Jesus (1 Corinthians 13:12; 1 John 3:2). The Godly man embraces his manhood and knows that Jesus, not the world, has set the standard for what it means to be a real man. So he strives daily to model his life after Jesus.
