Rental unit prices are GOING UP which means that if you are real estate investing in Ontario you have the opportunity to create a cashflow rental property in Ontario.

Student rental property investing is more demanding than regular Ontario rental properties but can deliver much greater financial results if you are willing to put in the time and effort.
