Test-taking is never easy, is it? Sometimes we feel really ready, only to find out we weren't as spot on as we'd previously thought. Other times, we think we're woefully underprepared and then knock the test out of the park. I had a talk with one of my students about this exact issue, and I would really love to share it with you all.

I had a really interesting talk with a security guard while coming on base today, and it got me thinking. I want to talk to you all about my thoughts and add some good advice in this quick episode. Let's do this.

I get it, sometimes you don't want to wake up, sometimes you don't feel like getting ready for the day, and sometimes you don't quite want to go to class. But what's the big deal if you don't go? Let's talk about it, because I have some opinions on this.

You know what time it is! It's my favorite time of the year, back-to-school season. I know, I know. The groans you just let out were audible all the way here in North Carolina. But it's a great time to be back seeing friends, teachers, and coaches. I want you to be ready for this upcoming school year. I want you to be ready for this school year.
