Im Jahr 2002 erhielt der Psychologe Daniel Kahneman den Wirtschaftsnobelpreis. Damit wurde der Tatsache Rechnung getragen, dass wirtschaftliche Prozesse ohne den Faktor "menschliche Psychologie" nur schlecht modelliert werden können.
