As we wrap up 2022, so does season 2 at Studio 1886! We are joined by our CEO and President Datta himself and 2 very talented, young and passionate Boschlers, Shivani and Alston. Together, they tell us what the attributes of a cool software company are and how the future of work is no longer a just 9 to 5 proposition.

In honor of Mental Health Day earlier this week, BGSW Mental Health Ambassadors join us on this episode to talk about why and how to prioritize mental health by talking about common struggles of the mind, ways to overcome them, and some mindful practices that will take one a long way. 

We are also joined by Mamata Venkat,  a Heartfulness meditation trainer, who takes us through a simple and effective relaxation exercise.
