In this solo Episode, Brock and Will share what they've been up to lately. 

Brock just got back from Vegas, where he went to see his friend Morten, a DJ and music producer from Denmark. Morten was playing one of his several shows this summer at the Encore Beach Club at the Wynn Hotel. Brock shares how proud he is to see his good friend enjoying so much success, after seeing how many years of hard work Morten has endured. 

Will has been working on many writing projects, including Kane, as well as producing a documentary which is in its final stages. He shares some of his process for writing and even gives us a tip or two.

Brock is currently getting ready to launch the new Discipline Fit App. It's an app designed to help you reach your fitness goals whether you've been training for years or you're a complete beginner. In it, you'll find different programs from strength-based gym workouts to at-home body weight workouts. There's something for every body type and all ages in the Discipline Fit App.

Next, Will gives us a sneak peak at the newest edition of Kane, issue 4. He doesn't reveal too much, but explains that it's crucial to the rest of the story of Kane Volume 1. 

Later on in the episode, the boys share their individual ways of handling pressure. They answer the question of: How do you stay motivated when things get tough and it would be easier to just give up?

In this episode, we sit down with Bruce Cardenas, a man whose life has been defined by a commitment to service and excellence. Bruce owns a top level executive security business and has protected some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, top Business Executives, and even the President of the United States. He is also the former Chief Communications Officer at Quest Nutrition, a billion dollar company which specializes in protein bars.

Bruce's journey began in the United States Marines, where he first began pursing his dream of becoming a police officer. After visiting California and attending a Career Day, Bruce applied for the LAPD and got in. His experience in the LAPD provided invaluable insights into the security landscape and enabled him to build an exceptional team that would go on to safeguard prominent figures and high-profile events worldwide. He would eventually befriend Shannan Penna, creator of the quest bar, and help her build Quest Nutrition. Eventually, Bruce's expertise as the Chief Communications Officer at Quest Nutrition played a pivotal role in the company's success, leading up to its landmark sale for over a billion dollars.

Today Bruce is still working as a reserve for the LA County Sheriff's Dept. and even gets to escort the President from time to time. He still works in private security, he's still helping build companies in the protein snacks market, and now he is writing a book.
