Sales is NOT a dirty word! For many reasons, a lot of people in the yoga world think of it that way and literally cringe when I bring up that they must have a sales process for their clients. I'm here to change your mind about it - because sales is actually the highest form of customer service you can provide. It's education and service when done right. Your clients are coming to you for a reason. They need something, and in this case it's yoga. It's your responsibility as an instructor and/or studio owner to educate them on what to buy in order to participate in your classes, privates, workshops, events, retreats, teacher training etc. If you don't educate them on what to buy, then they won't get the benefits of yoga. It's that simple.
